**Master Planner**
**Job Summary**:
The Master Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall production plan to meet customer demand, optimize resources, and ensure on-time delivery. This role requires close collaboration with operations, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to align supply and demand while balancing cost, capacity, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets.
- Analyze capacity, lead times, and material availability to ensure schedule feasibility.
- Monitor and adjust production plans to address changes in demand, material shortages, or capacity constraints.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Track and report key planning metrics such as on-time delivery, production adherence, and inventory levels.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate production priorities and changes to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support demand planning activities and participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain management (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- English: advanced level.
