Master Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources
• Create Job Orders based on material and capacity
• Responsible to generate MPS and lead follow-up meetings with operations Managers
• Short/midterm capacity requirement review
• Labor load review
• Material availability review
• Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.
• Interacts with factory floor to ensure the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given
• Data analysis overviews
• Makes projections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management
• Attends and participates in meetings related to functions and makes presentations as required for KPIs
