Owns and drives the Sales, Inventory, and Operations planning process. Manages Production Sales Inventory (PSI) Specialists. Collaborates with the appropriate functions within the areas of responsibility to support manufacturing, Production Sales Inventory (PSI), Supply Chain performance and objectives. Ensures the team is functioning according to appropriate goals and objectives while continuing development of all team members. Develops and executes on time delivery, inventory turns, and inventory control, adherence to production plans, cost improvements and ensures continued employee growth through development. Manages and controls inventory investment to set goals and objectives for areas of responsibility.
