The person in this role will be a passionate Agilist, and will be accountable for identifying and resolving scrum team impediments to accomplishing product deliverables in a fast-paced organization.

* Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospective and sprint demosn
* Assist the product management team with keeping the backlog groomedn
* Work closely with QA and the product owner to ensure that all user stories are verified before the end of the sprint, and ensure that the team's actions are always aligned with the acceptance criteria and project goals (vision)n
* Ensure that the user stories in the backlog are prioritized and estimated, which includes scheduling and facilitating the sprint/release planning sessions.n
