Igloo is recruiting a highly experienced Master Technician to join a well-established automotive operation in Coventry. This is a permanent opportunity for a senior-level technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, complex fault finding, and working with the latest vehicle and EV technologies.

This role goes far beyond routine servicing. You’ll be trusted with high-level mechanical and electrical diagnostics, EV and high-voltage systems, and complex repairs, while also acting as a technical reference point within the workshop.

The Role:

  • Carry out complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics across a range of vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair EV and high-voltage systems
  • Remove and repair high-voltage batteries, including module and cell work
  • Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer processes and standards
