Oenologist Role Overview

As a key member of our winemaking team, the Oenologist plays a pivotal role in overseeing wine production quality control conducting experiments analysis improving winemaking processes developing new blends flavors ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough sensory evaluations of wines to assess their flavor profile and overall quality;
• Analyze data from experiments to optimize winemaking processes and develop innovative solutions for improving flavor profiles;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations regarding wine production sustainability and safety standards;
