Material Change Control Coordinator

Analysis and monitoring of parts purchased from suppliers to comply with the production program.
- **Knowledegeand Skills**:_
- Manage HPLM (Engineering releasing new program system) CE (change Execution) process, complete assignments and follow up with MDS team.
- Update New Program and Engineering changes reports on weekly basis.
- Maintain ERP system (SAP) set up updated for all new items, Customer data, etc. following checklist.
- Conduct weekly internal meeting with cross functional team to review each of the New Program and Engineering Changes.
- Update Customer Portal milestone dates as required.
- Maintain and follow up on Enterproj gate assignments.
- Maintain Prod HMES system data set up for all new programs, items and Customer.
- Follow up with Packaging Engineering on New Program packaging set up.
- Coordinate with Production Control New Program builds.
