- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Must be able to verify, record, and route incoming and outgoing shipments. Performs shipping function, which includes product verification, packing, labelling, KBM staging, and freight preparation. Releases shipments daily using KBM. Ensure control of inventory by completing accurate transactions. Lock up the cage during non-work hours. Requisition and maintain the inventory of supplies for materials control. Update File-Maker Pro, MasterControl, and KBM accurately, in a timely manner. Spool wire or re-spool as required. Map sheet raw material for water jet cutting. Release work orders for the Sheet Department. Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition including organization of equipment and supplies according to 5S requirements. Dock cleanliness is especially critical. Participate in Safety Committee meetings if required. Responsible for security at the shipping receiving area. Need to adhe...
