Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders for shipping, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, customer and carrier requirements.
• Ensure all customers receive full, accurate & on time orders.
• Receive and book goods into correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning teams for any discrepancies or quality issue.
• Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
• Support and suggest the effective management of inward & outward flow of inventory.
• Encompass aspects of receiving goods, stock handling, stock locating, picking of works orders, cycle counting.
• Ensure that the execution of the dispatch sequence is maintained within the required dates.
