Material Controller

Responsibilities

• Receive and check all delivered materials against delivery orders and purchase requests.
• Inspect materials for quantity and quality before acceptance.
• Report any damaged or incorrect deliveries to the Site Supervisor or Procurement team.
• Control, monitor and record all incoming and outgoing construction materials.
• Organize and maintain materials in a secure, clean, and accessible storage area.
• Ensure materials are stored according to safety and quality requirements.
• Material Issuance & Tracking
  • Issue materials to site workers based on approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of materials issued, returned, or transferred.
  • Monitor material usage, wastage and stock balance at site.
