Job Summary
Gilani Mobility Trading Co. LLC is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Material Controller / Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished products. The role supports uninterrupted production operations by ensuring material availability, accurate inventory records, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Control
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records
- Monitor stock levels and report minimum, maximum, and reorder requirements
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
- Investigate and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
- Prepare material requests for consumables and standard stock items
