Material Controller/Receiver

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Startec Compression & Process is currently recruiting a Material Controller/Receiver to work at our Shepard Shop (9423 Shepard Rd SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 4R6). The Material Controller/Receiver will be responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless management of materials and inventory within the warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Controller/Receiver will be responsible for the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials required for various projects, working closely with procurement teams, and project managers. The Materials Controller/ Receiver will focus on maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring compliance of effective inventory control measures. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
