Material Coordinator

Working hour: Monday - Friday @ 7am-430pm

Location: East

Job Responsibilities:

·       Ensure PO are pushed in daily and aligned with kitting file sent out by schedular

·       Ensure PO are distributed to the correct INT/test bay accordingly to their slots

·       Follow up on back orders and shortages

·       Follow up on y8 replacement status

·       Responsible for bay orderly operations of material shortages

·       Maintain in process material 6s at work centres

·       Pack and process materials for RTS/J or J/NSO/External storages

Functional Knowledge:

·       Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System order instructions.

·       Key parts and materials received into computer system and print packing lists.

·       Check incoming material for accuracy against receiving paper documentation work order numbers.
