:Job PostingParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Material Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to involve in monitoring, inspection, coordination, witnessing, documentation of all material of the project to ensure that the project is constructed as per Contract requirements and specifications
What You'll Be Doing:
Review the Contractor's material submittals and obtain the required approvals according to the applicable standards and project specifications.
Serves as the focal point for the scheduling and control of construction materials and equipment at the job site
Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications.
Coordinates work of subconsultants for material testing
Maintains office files related to the project, material inspections and writes daily diaries.
