**Job Details**
**RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL**:
Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse.
Responsible for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
- Improve the utilization of space in warehouse.
- Work with Continuous Improvement team to improve order integrity, implement Lean/Visual management techniques Analysis of hourly employee’s performance relative to unit picks per hour and overall efficiencies.
- Break down of daily duties to meet and/or defend establish labor standards.
- Develop Plan for every part
- To drive continuous processes improvement and cost reduction program
- Develop, motivate, and challenge people to achieve target Implementing JCMS system.
