Job Summary

Material handlers are responsible for a variety of administrative and physical tasks involved in the storing, counting, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. They compile and maintain records of the quantity and type of material stocked and issued. Material handlers maintain the distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished products to meet production schedule requirements to the high-quality standard expected by the company.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory in Oracle.

  • Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on move orders and pick slips, delivering them, and completing appropriate transactions in Oracle.
