Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Material Handler job is to ensure that production lines and/or areas have the necessary parts, materials, equipment and supplies to build product when needed with zero down time and meeting the companyu2019s goal of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery. The Material Handler works in multiple capacities including packaging, pulling material, and palletizing. Cross training in all areas is a requirement in order to help the Material department maintain flexibility. This role may include Shipping and Receiving duties, as needed. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. In the absence of the Production Supervisor this position reports to the Plant Manager.
Starting M-F 8a-4p overtime and weekends as needed
Then site will go to 12hr shifts 2,2,3 schedule
