Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will be responsible for reconditioning heat exchange plates by removing old rubber gaskets, cleaning, testing, and preparing them for shipment. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to a small, supportive team in a laid-back manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Recondition heat exchange plates by removing old rubber gaskets.
+ Power wash and clean the plates.
+ Test plates for cracks or holes using specialized materials and black light.
+ Wash and dry plates after testing.
+ Glue new gaskets onto the plates.
+ Transfer plates into an oven for gasket adhesion.
+ Cool the plates and prepare them for shipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team.
+ Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
