Material Handler - Kits

Job Description

• Must be able to operate a sit down forktruck
• Maintain Kit Line machine readiness.
• Communicate with production supervisor to determine daily needs.
• Identify proper raw materials to be brought from storage area to production area.
• Incoming Materials / unused materials to be promptly moved to proper bin locations.
• Load / unload materials from trailers and move to proper bin locations.
• Lift cases by hand to place incoming raw materials in storage.
• Hand stack product to combine partial pallets.
• Monitor inventory levels and location of various items (memory and/or notes).
• Notify management of low inventory.
• Obtain other supplies (pallets, cardboard) as needed.
• Ensures proper placement of inventory, and accuracy of inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Move waste from assembly area to dumpster.
