Material Handler Lead

Position Summary This position is responsible for 65% physical work (required to carry max weight 10kg) and 35% system work. Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution. Plan and monitor day-to-day manpower schedule. Supervising job functions and warehouse employees. Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating the warehouse employees. Managing the inventory monitoring cycle counts and conducting audits of same to validate results. Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for the staff and workers. Coordination and rotation of stock to allocate space. Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment. Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and toolbox talks.
