Material Handler

Issue and deliver materials to production lines according to the Production Work Order (WO) schedule.

Ensure FIFO system is strictly followed for all materials.

Prepare and kit materials for daily production.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, components, and consumables.

Update systems with accurate material movements.

Conduct cycle counts and participate in daily /monthly/quarterly inventory audits.

Report discrepancies, shortages, or potential stock-outs to Supervisor/Planner.

Ensure all material records, labels, and traceability requirements.

Maintain clean, organized, and properly segregated storage areas

Handle materials with proper documentation such as GRN, batch/lot tracking, and CoC.

Follow company EHS, 5S, and safety procedures when handling materials, chemicals, or heavy loads.
