**Schedule & Pay:**
+ **12-hour rotating shifts, 3–4 days/week**
+ **Week 1:** Mon, Wed, Sat, Sun
+ **Week 2:** Tue, Thu, Fri
+ **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $20.50/hr
+ **Night Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $23.58/hr
**Role Overview:**
As a Soldering Technician, you’ll bring components to life through precise soldering and quality inspection. You’ll ensure that every board leaving production meets engineering and quality standards, while collaborating with your team to maintain smooth workflow and accurate documentation.
