Job Description
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Load and/or unload trucks
+ Assist other receiving team members with separating and organizing material
+ Put away incoming freight
+ Transport and put away finished goods to be shipped
+ Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain clean work environment
+ Maintain safe actions on and off equipment in compliance with all safety rules/regulations required by Emerson, federal, state, and local provisions
+ Meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements
+ Assist and train new hires
+ Support other departments as needed
+ Other duties as assigned
**Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:**
+ Must be self-motivated and able to follow instructions with limited supervision
+ Must have successfully completed and passed Emerson’s training on all required equipment which included but is not limited to; forklift, cherry picker, and tri-loader
