Material Handler

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for a contract opportunity in Warner Robins, GA. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • 2 years of experience in Warehousing and/or Customer Service Experience •2 years of experience proficiently operating handheld barcode scanners and/or Windows tablet -personal Safety shoes required POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: •Receive, break down, and distribute material from the Local Distribution Center. •Sort and place material into designated Bench Stock Locations (BSL) and perform inventory using a Windows tablet. •Research alternate locations and transfer material between BSLs to close work stoppages and empty bins. •Identify and process Shelf Life items and Electro-static Discharge (ESD) sensitive devices. •Provide excellent customer service and support to internal customers across multiple facilities. •Position is labor intensive, and selected candidate will be on their feet a majority of the shift.
