We’re hiring a Material Handling Delivery Driver (Haul Truck/Rollback) who can safely load, transport, and unload forklifts, scissor lifts, man lifts, and other industrial equipment with precision and professionalism.

🧰 What You’ll Deliver (Literally)

You’ll be transporting:

  • Forklifts



  • Scissor lifts



  • Small man lifts



  • Other material handling equipment



This is local & regional delivery — NOT long-haul freight.


Most routes cover our Charlotte, Concord, and Hickory branch territories, with occasional runs into GA, TN, or AL for major customer projects.


 🔧 What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

Precision Transport & Loading

  • Operate a tandem axle rollback haul truck

  • Load & unload equipment using hydraulic tilt beds & winches

  • Secure loads using chains, binders & DOT-compliant methods

  • Verify load accuracy before departure

  • Operate forklifts/equipment on-site to position machinery




  • Perform DOT pre-trip & post-trip inspections

  • Uphold all DOT, OSHA & FMCSA standards

  • Monitor truck condition, tires, fluids & basic maintenance

  • Report mechanical issues immediately




  • Deliver with professionalism and clear communication

  • Obtain signatures/documentation

  • Represent WMH with integrity and customer care




  • Assist with yard organization when not on deliveries

  • Stage equipment & support warehouse operations

  • Keep trucks clean, organized & ready for next dispatch



You’re not just driving — you’re representing WMH and ensuring equipment arrives safely, on time, and ready for use.

⭐ What You Bring

✔ 3+ years rollback/haul truck or heavy equipment delivery
✔ Proven ability to load, secure & transport industrial equipment
✔ Forklift/telehandler experience preferred
✔ Strong navigation & route planning abilities
✔ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs & work in outdoor environments
✔ Customer service mindset
✔ Self-directed, reliable, safety-first

Licenses

  • CDL Class A preferred 

  • DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)

  • Forklift certification (we can train)
