Job Title : Material Master Data Specialist

Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days Notice Period

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and delete material master data within SAP.
• Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the SAP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate material master data, leveraging expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Facilitate master data migration by performing accurate data mapping, validation, and quality checks.
• Develop and implement procedures for material data population, validation, and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data management procedures, changes, and best practices.
• Support audits and reviews by ensuring proper controls and traceability of material master data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 6 years of hands-on experience in Material Master Data Management.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP with strong knowledge of Materials Management (MM).
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data migration processes.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across teams.
• Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with valves, bearings, gaskets, and electrical drives.
• Skilled in data cleansing and accurate noun modifier identification .
• Hands-on experience with the Sphera MM cleansing tool is mandatory.
