How You’ll Make an Impact 

As a Scheduler, LZA India, Supply Chain, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, accountable for driving material strategies and executing replenishments for 3rd party procured materials for the short to mid-term horizon. You would also be responsible for achieving reliable supply and operational efficiency by considering inventory, Plant capacities, Business and Operational strategies and targets, regional complexities, and Market requirements using technology driven processes. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable & innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will: 


1. Supply Planning & Material Requirement Planning
• Liaise with master planner to build 3rd party procured intermediates and RM requirements for 4 month and 12 month horizons
• Liaise with intermediates unit in charge of alignment on production plan and inventory of RM requirements
• Utilize global analytical tools from LZ systems such as Rapid Response to build supply planning scenarios

2. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
• Review intermediates and RM replenishment plan for 3rd party vendor replenishments with procurement
• Put replenishment purchase orders in system for 3rd party procured intermediates and RM and liaise with vendors
• Liaise with Finance team for on time payment to vendors and resolution of quantity mismatch issues
 
3. Production Planning & Execution
• Schedule process orders in system for blending and intermediates plant in SAP
• Track actual production vs schedule of process orders
 
4. Logistics & Material Availability
• Liaise with import logistics team for making materials available on time
• Ensure material availability for sales order execution
 
5. Inventory Management & Supply Chain KPIs
• Ensure supply chain planning KPIs such as
• DSI (Days Sales of Inventory)
• Inventory Health Ratio
• Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) targets are met with customers
• Non working inventory reduction targets are achieved

6. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization
 Focus on process reengineering for cost effective and reliable material planning

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success  
 Bachelor’s degree.
 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
 Strong analytical mindset.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
