Job Overview

This position objective is managing inventory/timing of ordering of components needed for production in order to meet customer order requirements

This position reports to the Planning Manager, and it is located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.

Responsibilities

As Material Planner, you will:


•Create Purchase Orders to Suppliers for material to support Sales.

•Lead the overall fulfillment activities raw material purchasing and inventory management.

•Communicate with planning team material delivery schedules.

•Coordinate with forwarder and logistics team to ensure material arrive on time.

•Maintain system information including AB, LA, etc. to ensure MRP is running correctly, and information is communicated effectively through system.

•Ad Hoc Reporting Tools development and any applicable management reports required.
