Material Planner

Automotive company is looking for Materials Planner in Apodaca.

Main responsibilities and knowledge:

• Design the housings strategy with management staff to integrate final products to customers.
• Supervise the reception and validation of invoices, remissions, requests, purchase orders and safety sheets according to tax requirements and regulations for audits.
• Ensure timely supply to the production line according to plans and requirements, avoiding downtime and cost overruns.
• Ensure timely records of receipts, payments and inventories in the Oracle system to maintain updated data.
• Verify records of materials entered by night watch in Oracle to ensure payment to suppliers.
• Authorize and validate adjustments to records in Oracle reported by the warehouse to maintain system integrity.
