Materials Take Off

• Prepare material take-off based on construction drawing or latest drawing as per advice from Project Schedule or Management
• Prepare and issue ‘PRF’ based on material take-off and approved samples
• Ensure all materials needed for the project is ordered before it is needed and make sure the materials are available when the Fabrication Order ‘FO’ is issued

Optimization for extrusions and sheet of Fabrication Orders ‘FO’ issued

• Prepare Excel file of all items in the ‘FO’ issued indicating item no, qty, material used, finish and location
• Optimization for alum sheet and extrusions, will indicate material type and size to be used then optimize
• Issue hard copy of the optimization for distribution

Monitors material usage
