Overview

Material Planner. To ensure that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost to support smooth production and customer delivery. It’s a critical link between production planning, suppliers and manufacturing.

Your main responsibilities

• Continuous improvement processes & automation in accordance with Grundfos Production System


• Initiate business reviews with key suppliers based on monthly leadtime precision of supplies


• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers in accordance with planning process & reorder points


• Meticulous follow up on order confirmations & delivery status with suppliers


• Manage Sales Orders & deliver materials to inter- companies and fulfill request delivery dates


• Ensure optimal inventory levels are kept and prevent obsolescence materials across the chain.
