Material Planning Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Material Planning Executive to manage feedstock planning, logistics coordination, weighbridge operations and inventory control. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth material flow, accurate reporting and compliance with environmental and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily weighbridge operations and reporting.
• Coordinate incoming feedstock deliveries with suppliers, transporters and plant teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation.
• Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support customer deliveries and provide regular updates to the Sales team.
• Prepare operational, inventory and customer reports.

Requirements

• ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Fresh Graduate from any discipline.
