- Planning, ordering and procurement of direct stock material (Raw Material, Chemicals, steels, resins, semi-conductors).
- Process coordination: Definition, improvement and implementation of standards for lean direct material management processes
- Development and implementation of new planning approaches
- Creation of digital solutions with methodical aspects for periodic analysis of stock value and stock amount to balance stock level
- Definition and implementation of improvement measures to achieve challenging inventory targets
- Negotiation Capacity
