Material Prep Worker - Warren, OH

Primary Function: 

Responsible for performing all functions and operations necessary to produce fabrications, primarily of rigid fiberglass, but may also include sheet metal, plate, angle, bar, channel pipe, and on occasion wood, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all phases of Primary Function. Layout and cut or trim rigid fiberglass parts to be used in the fabrication of cabinets, brackets, mounting assemblies, sub-assemblies, etc.
  • Cut, drill, and etc. sheets, plates, shapes, bars, pipe, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Move materials with hand trucks, forklift trucks, or cranes as required.
  • Must read and interpret blueprints
  • Must perform routine maintenance and clean up on machines as required
  • Will observe all safety regulations
  • May be required to perform various other functions or duties based on abilities
