Supporting function to the different cross-functional teams like NPD, SCM, Operations etc. with the right material selection and development to meet specific product requirements.

Develop and validate material solutions aligned with product development roadmap.
Conduct testing, analysis and benchmarking of materials to optimize performance and cost.
Partner with the Supply Chain Management team to qualify new suppliers and raw materials amid raw material or cost challenges.
