    You'll be working with the R&D department for the Department of Defence (Defence Science Technology Group, DTSG)

    The Role

    You will support a DST Group experimental program working with lead acid battery performance for the future submarines program. The program will include three sets of full-sized submarine cells under ongoing 24/7 testing.

    You will support with safely maintaining and monitoring the ongoing lead-acid experiment and lead-acid experimental facility and analyse and report on the experimental outcomes.

    You will need

    Tertiary qualification or vocational education and training sector accreditation in the field of electrical engineering or materials chemistry
