Materials Controller

We are currently seeking an experienced Materials Controller to join our client’s team on an 8:6 days-only roster. You’ll play a crucial part in coordinating the flow of materials to keep maintenance operations for mobile and infrastructure assets running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and maintain accurate work order history.

Source and expedite urgent materials for current and upcoming tasks.

Stage and kit major works to ensure readiness for execution.

Support the Planning Department with creation of next planned work orders.

Close off completed work orders with detailed feedback and maintain data quality.

Identify incomplete paperwork and return to originators for completion.

Inspect consolidated materials prior to planned work execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Trade or tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential).

Extensive experience in mobile maintenance within a mining environment.

Strong computer literacy, ideally with CMMS systems (SAP experience highly regarded).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
