Materials Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide logistical and material support to offshore execution team
• Examines materials, products, or work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness; responds quickly to correct quality problems
• Manifesting outbound goods in conjunction with SAP
• Provide expert advice, service support, technical or functional information to customers and business partners in relation to material management
• Support implementation group with material queries and delivery issues
• Understanding of Dangerous Goods by Sea
• Has contact with client representatives and sub contractors in relation to specific projects and materials orders
• Review and monitor Materials Status Report and communicate issues to Planners, Coordinators, Schedulers, procurement and expediting teams
• Overseeing resourcing, material procurement, warehouse, rental and material loadout strategies
