Materials Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products between the source and final destination
• Monitors material requirements
• Tracks movements with purchasing, production, and warehouses
• Ensure material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules or inventory requirements
• Input data into Netsuite to produce reports and demand estimates
• Maintain an efficient request system, through which employees can check the availability of essential supplies and check the status of materials they have ordered
• Works with vendors, coordinating materials storage, preparing for deliveries, and creating an effective organizational scheme.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Netsuite
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong client service skills
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trained
• Team-oriented
• Someone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Prior solar energy experience is a plus

12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
