Position Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably post graduate degree in Geotechnical / Material Engineering.
  • 10 years experience in establishing & managing quality assurance for CS materials, including laboratory & field testing of rigid pavement materials in accordance with ASTM & AASHTO standards.
  • 5 years of international experiences in CIS countries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Russian language is preferred...
