MATERIALS GROUP LEADER

Overview

Position Mission: Coordinate the reception and distribution activities of materials for the different production lines, ensuring they are delivered on time, in the correct manner, and with the required quality.

Responsibilities

• Control and analyze inventory levels.
• Coordinate the proper operation of the MRP system and respond to special material requests.
• Develop Kaizen plans and workshops to drive continuous process improvement.
• Lead shop floor meetings during shift changes with Team Leaders and warehouse personnel to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manage inventories and conduct audits.
• Ensure compliance with the invoicing plan.

Qualifications

• Education – Industrial and Administrative Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
