Materials & Logistics Manager

Job Title: Materials / Logistics Manager – Malaysia Business Unit, supporting large-scale data centre construction projects. Part of the Onsite Owner’s Representative team, ensuring efficient material management, logistics coordination, and compliance with Owner standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain material delivery schedules aligned with construction milestones, installation priorities, and commissioning requirements. Coordinate with Owner, GC, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor order progress status and logistics arrangements for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE), including long‑lead items and critical equipment. Monitor GC/subcontractor performance and review material management, logistics, inventory, and reporting procedures to meet project requirements.
