Other duties may be assigned.Responsible the security of all personnel under his/her chargeManage teams in Planning, Purchasing & Warehouse.Prepare reports on inventory, material usage and efficiency,Maintain the employees “Standard work” to track and monitor team’s performance,Manage cycle counting and inventory Accuracy to make sure cycle counts are performed as schedule, and drive process changes to improve the accuracy of the inventory,Direct and coordinate Materials department efforts to maintain manufacturing without interruptions,Design, test and implement Lean Techniques for Material Replenishment Systems. flow such us: Kanban, Pull System, VMI and JIT among others,Coordinate, facilitate, and assist materials personnel to prioritize daily work activities and monitor and revise priorities based in MTE Revenue plan and priorities,Create instructions/procedures and train materials department regard...
