Job scope

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts , managing planning, delivery, and supply-related coordination.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring smooth communication and high service levels.
• Prepare and provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery status, and order progress.
• Work closely with production and internal teams to align production plans with customer delivery requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
