Materials Planning Analyst Ii

The Production Planner is responsible for developing and monitoring schedules of production processes and making sure that all deadlines are met. All this related to MPS direction to satisfy Customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. The qualified individual will be responsible for providing the plant with a weekly production plan consistent with the plant capacity and materials availability.
Responsibilities and authority
- Evaluate Planned Orders to create suitable productions schedules.
- Estimate the amount of material to be used in the production schedule (Clear-to-build).
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottleneck in usage.
- Monitoring and creation of deliveries per Customer needs (Customer Requested Date).
- Notify Sales & Customer Service teams of any schedule impacts to customers.
