Materials & Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Materials & Process (M&P) Engineer to define the standards, specifications, and methodologies governing materials selection, finishes, and manufacturing processes for a new aircraft development program. This role establishes the aircraft-level framework for material allowables, process specifications, corrosion protection, finishing practices, and special processes used across all airframe work packages.

This is a foundational role within a startup environment where very few standards currently exist. You will develop the baseline that all airframe groups will rely upon and ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance throughout the program.
