Job Description
Position Summary:
The Inventory Control Compliance Supervisor verifies, tracking, solve problems and reporting on inventory. You will oversee a team responsible for the accuracy and control of inventory in the specified location. You will also manage data reporting and ensuring we guide every employee involved in inventory process to improve in areas where needed. The Inventory Control Compliance Supervisor works with all warehouse supervisors, procurement, SIOP manager and Operations managers to achieve Regal Business Systems in inventory goals (accuracy, adjustments, balance, transactions) while also overseeing exception resolution for inventory related issues. Drives a Lean Culture in a high energy team environment. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
