Your Impact Starts Here – As a Lab/Field Technician – Summer Student in our Geotechnical and Materials Laboratory Testing team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both lab and field settings. You’ll play a key role in supporting construction projects across Manitoba, working closely with clients, contractors, and WSP teams to ensure quality and safety.

Your Impact

  • Perform geotechnical lab testing (e.g., Proctor, Gradation, Hydrometer, Atterberg Limits, Concrete Testing) in compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, CSA, and CCIL standards
  • Conduct field QA/QC testing including nuclear density compaction, subgrade inspection, and concrete sampling
