The Opportunity:

This role offers a rare chance to be part of a national programme working to make a real difference to maternity and neonatal safety across England. As a Maternity (Perinatal) Incentive Scheme Associate, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and national partners, helping Trusts navigate the scheme and supporting the improvements that genuinely matter to services and families.

As a member of our growing team of associates, you’ll take a lead on delivering the MIS operationally at a national level. You'll work through complex submissions with Trusts, offering clear and confident advice, and contributing to the way perinatal governance and learning continue to develop across the system. You’ll also help shape and deliver national training and support conversations where clarity, reassurance, and good judgement are essential.
