Successfully implement youth work readiness and life skill curriculum • Administer surveys and tests

• Maintain accurate participant records and case notes and provide programmatic reports

• Identify training needs of youth by evaluating strengths and challenges

• Participate in refining existing curriculum, as needed, and developing new curriculum for other identified skills
